I have selected four Adolescents from my surrounding area and observed them. Observation 1:
Name: Mofiz

Gender: Male
Location: Chankharpul, Dhaka
Characteristics:
Personality: The personality of our friend Mofiz Ahmed is mesmerizing. All of our classmates are fond of his personality.
Communication: His communication skill is outstanding in comparison with others in our class. He is the team leader of our college debating club.
Determination: His determination for being an ideal citizen deserves our annreciation our classmates are fond of his personality.
Patience: His patience always draws our and teachers’ attention.
Integrity: He does have an unquestionable integrity.
Aim: His aim in life is to work for humanity.
Hobbies: Mofiz’s hobbies are debating, reading and music.
Social work: Mofiz is engaged in various social works starting from the mosque to the library and charitable dispensary.
Leadership: His leadership skill made him the company commander of our college unit of BNC and class captain.
Team management: If we assume our class a team, he can manage it very well.
Empathy: He is very much empathetic to us and always come forward when needed.
Problem solving: He has a natural talent to solve problems that mostly works better than others.

The current scenario of the adolescents in our country is not satisfactory at all. Most of them are suffering from educational disruption due to year-long closure of educational institutions for Covid-19. However, some of these adolescents are trying to keep regular pace of study through online and or virtual classes and internet. But, as a whole it can easily be said that their studies are hampered and interrupted. Some of these adolescents have well-articulated future plans and goals and some don’t. Although some of these young population have high moral and need to educate them properly and keep pace with the other nations of the world. Only then we’ll be able to prove ourselves a happy, prosperous and developed nation and country as well.
